Request Account & Data Deletion – TiltTrax / Eitri Solutions

TiltTrax uses Google Play Games Services (GPGS) for authentication and Unity Gaming Services (UGS) to create and manage your in‑game account. If you would like your TiltTrax account and associated data deleted, you can submit a request using the instructions below

To request deletion of your TiltTrax account and all associated data, please contact us at:

Subject: Account Deletion Request – TiltTrax

Please include:

• Your UGS Player ID (found in the game’s settings screen)
• A brief confirmation that you want your TiltTrax account deleted

Once your request is verified, we will delete:

• Your Unity Gaming Services (UGS) player account
• All associated game progress
• Cloud‑saved data

We retain only the following, if required by law or for fraud prevention:

• Transaction records (e.g., Google Play purchase receipts)
• Server logs with anonymized identifiers

No personal profile data is kept after deletion

Deletion is completed within 30 days of receiving your request.
Any legally required retained data is stored securely and automatically purged when no longer needed.
